You will receive additional exercises and meditation techniques for every day according to your energetic needs, which will help you grow on a personal level and will implement a deeper mindfulness practice into your life. Sounds have an effect, both physically and energetically. The vibrations of instruments and crystal bowls in a sound bath are deeply relaxing and helpour energy to flow more freely. Over lunch, in courses and workshops, in individual coaching: treat yourself to a soothing sound bath with rich sounds.
We are energy. And wherever we go, we leave energetic traces. Just as dust gathers in a room, energy can settle too – forming layers over time. Often, these imprints are carried across generations.
